Wayne Thowless

Architect

Wayne’s interest in architecture goes all the way back to the third grade when he began drawing house plans as a hobby. Wayne graduated with a degree in architecture from Cal Poly and began his career working for firms in California and New Mexico. He also worked in the public sector for five years as City Urban Designer for the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Wayne has been with LKV Architects since 1990 specializing in public and private K-12 educational facilities and church projects. Wayne is a husband and father of four grown children. He and his wife are in the process of rehabilitating and renovating a 1920 two-room school house near Vale, Oregon.
