Project Description

This 27,570 s.f. Class ‘A’ office and warehouse building was designed for tenant flexibility. Each tenant area has a retail or office component with easy customer access to the parking lot, high visibility from Federal Way and the interstate, and adjacent rear loaded warehouse space. The site is designed to separate retail customers from deliveries via a full building delivery loop. The construction consists of colored and textured CMU, open web steel joist floor and roof framing, and aluminum curtain walls and storefront.
