Project Description

This single story, 18,400 square foot parish center addition was the second and final phase of a major church expansion project. The addition consists of a new church entrance foyer, 450 seat multi-purpose banquet facility with small stage, fully equipped commercial kitchen with food pantry, four large classrooms, church office suite, two sets of fully accessible public restrooms, and a shower room for use during church retreats and conferences. The banquet hall space is enhanced by clerestories high on both the north and south walls that provide an abundance of natural daylight throughout the space. Exterior entrances are protected by covered arched porticos. Clearly identifying the new main entrance is a dramatic 40 foot high steel and stucco cross. Stucco, brick, cast stone and dark bronze anodized windows complement both the original building and the facility’s previous expansion.
