Eagle Clocktower Retail Center

This 8,898 square foot linear commercial building was designed on a very small triangular site on the corner of East State Street and Edgewood Road. Designed to take advantage of the high visibility from State Street, large heavy timber awnings were intigrated into the facade. The tenant spaces are simple and allow for ample window display space and straightforward circulation. The construction consists of wood framing, stucco, stone, flat roof construction, and recycled heavy timbers.
