Willow Creek Elementary

This multiple-phase construction project spanned the years of 2011-2015 to allow for phased budget allocations and was designed for a K-5 student body of 675, with classrooms for 25 students. The 63,700 square foot, single-story wood-frame building features approximately 27 general classrooms, music room, computer lab, gymnasium, cafeteria, media center, and administrative offices and conference space.

The building’s exterior is masonry construction with pitched asphalt shingle roofs to complement the neighboring residential subdivision. The site was improved with separate drop-off areas, playfields, and student areas. Extensive landscaping was also part of the initial phases.
