In collaboration with YGH Architects, this four-story, 81,291 square foot facility was designed to serve the students of BSU as the center for university-provided health, wellness, and counseling services. Additionally, the upper two floors contain the university’s nursing program and provide faculty offices and instructional spaces for all nursing degree programs and courses. The building is designed to be highly energy-efficient and is designed and constructed to allow internal reconfiguration of spaces as functional needs change over time.
