This 171-unit apartment complex includes 19 residential buildings for a total of 183,000 square feet. Set in a campus-like setting on ten acres, the project consists of two and three-story buildings with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment units. Both covered carports and open-air parking is provided, along with a small number of enclosed garages. The complex also includes an office / clubhouse building with additional amenities, including a recreation room, weight room, outdoor pool, and spa.
