We provided complete architectural services on a 65,000 square foot elementary school for West Ada School District.

The new elementary school features 22 general classrooms, two pre-school classrooms, two kindergarten classrooms, two and a half resource rooms, computer lab, music room, library, cafeteria, gymnasium, and a stage.

The building’s exterior is masonry construction and composite metal panels. A combination of pitched asphalt shingle roofs and low slope membrane roofing behind the parapets complements the neighboring residential subdivision. This is LKV’s 23rd elementary school design for West Ada School District over the past 40 years. West Ada has used a variation of this prototype for each one.
